The flowers wasn’t for me but can say I was very happy with the service I received. Lorraine was very helpful and prompt in responding to me, providing alternative suggestions and in managing my expectations. I particularly loved the fact that I could communicate with the company by WA. I had booked a week before as I was away and I was not disappointed and more importantly the recipient loved her flowers.
