Substitution Policy

Every arrangement we create is handcrafted with the freshest flowers available. On rare occasions, seasonal availability or supply may require us to substitute a specific stem, wrapping, or container.

When this happens, our florists select alternatives of equal or higher value — matching the style, colour palette, and overall feel of your original choice. The quality never drops.

We'll always try to reach you by phone or WhatsApp before making any changes. If we're unable to get hold of you in time, we'll make the substitution on your behalf to ensure your gift arrives on the day it matters most.

Delivery Information

Delivery — Dubai Only

Same-day delivery is available across Dubai for Dhs. 25. Orders must be placed before 2pm for same-day delivery.

Delivery Slots

  • Morning: 10am – 1pm
  • Afternoon: 1pm – 5pm
  • Evening: 5pm – 10pm

Please allow a 1-hour cutoff before each slot. For example, to guarantee a morning delivery, order by 9am.
