Upscale & Posh are a fast-growing, super-ambitious family business and we're on the look-out for amazing Marketing & Sales Managers to join our small, friendly, busy team.

We are looking for talented, proactive, driven individuals who will each be responsible for growing our portfolio of clients and increasing sales in a number of ways across the UAE. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to continue to find business opportunities across a wide variety of categories including (but not limited to) corporate events, private events, weddings, corporate subscriptions, brand launches and retail sales opportunities. In addition to developing our personal and corporate subscriptions business.


What might a typical day look like as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Upscale & Posh?
  • You'll spend much of your time prioritising leads for sales enquiries, understanding our clients’ needs and sending out proposals speedily.
  • You'll tailor proposals that meet the clients’ particular requirements.
  • You'll attend meetings with anyone from a small business owner to a global hotel chain developing sound relationships for future sales partnerships.
  • You'll maintain excellent relations with all of your clients so that you chat regularly about their ongoing requirements, with your clients knowing they're in safe hands.
  • You'll act as the client's point of contact for any queries during the time of events, including providing feedback, statistics and recommendations for future events.
  • You'll ensure that any and all marketing content is scheduled and sent through to the Upscale & Posh Management team within a sufficient time frame.
  • You'll take care of the paperwork right from the local purchase order to collecting payments and chasing any outstanding payments in a timely manner.
  • You'll generate a simplistic, but bang-up-to-date weekly sales plan in a shared drive that tracks all enquiries, leads and payment progress capturing information from many resources.
  • You'll always have your eyes open to identify new strategic opportunities, suggest different ways of working and come up with plans to proactively find new opportunities that could potentially grow the business.
  • You'll proactively look for new ways to increase sales, the acquisition of new clients and to maximise the growth of Upscale & Posh.
  • You’ll attend monthly team meetings to strategise, share and present new revenue opportunities and progress, providing tracking and analysis on all sales and events performance.

We're looking for experienced marketers and sales professionals who will go all-out to grow our portfolio of clients.


The successful candidates must have:
  • Driving License
  • Proven sales experience in an events or weddings background and strong delivery of revenue growth.
  • Proven experience of simultaneously managing multiple clients or partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisation skills to be able to maintain a shared database of client pipelines, including prospects, live and completed sales.
  • Proven negotiation & influencing skills & the ability to stand your ground with demanding requests!
  • Persistence and a demonstrated strong aptitude for following up on things.
  • The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • A strategic thinker who constantly looks at ways to improve and who is results orientated.
The Hours

The Sales and Marketing Managers positions are open to all and can be as flexible as you need them to be.
