Delivery Policy and Fees

BE AWARE, Our delivery timing on Valentine's Day is between 9:00am and 9:00pm. We cannot accommodate special timings for delivery. Cut off time 12:00 pm Arabian Standard Time.

Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery which is 10:00am to 9:00pm AST (Arabian Standard Time).
2. Same Day Delivery (Saturday – Thursday). To assure same day delivery, orders must be received before 15:00pm AST(Arabian Standard Time). Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day, however we will make every attempt to deliver same day.
3. Friday Delivery. To assure a Friday delivery, orders must be received before 12:00 pm AST (Arabian Standard Time) on Thursday. Orders received after that time will be delivered on Saturday.
4. Unable to Deliver. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery we will either:

• For residential deliveries, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave “A While You Were Out” card asking them to call Upscale and Posh Flowers to schedule the delivery. If they have spoken to the recipient and have been instructed by them to leave with a neighbor or reception they will do so. If we have not heard from them by the next morning we will attempt to make contact via telephone call and text messaging.
• For business deliveries, if the delivery is not within normal business timings we will make the delivery on the next business day.
